Lmao. Warm weather yearly and cheap cost of living. 3 bed 2 bath 1800 square foot house plus huge front and backyard for 95k. Can’t beat it.

I went to the school in the school district here. I liked it but it could be better I guess. Total property size is 7000 square feet. My definition of huge might be different than others but for the neighborhood it’s very nice. Of course there is many other factors that go into it but it was also a very safe investment. The US Army Intelligence Base is 15 mins away and it’s impossible to find houses to rent or buy most of the time. My house was on the market for less than a day before we saw it and made an offer on it. My mortgage payment is cheaper or the same price as low end apartments around here.

You probably make double what I make though. I don’t make what a lot of people consider a lot of money but it is to me considering my age and compared to the cost of living here.
Nice, I'm holding out for 3.5 but they spiked above 4 last week. Looks like they have dropped this week.
