What's new

I dont think any of us expected ny defense with Keyonte, Svi, Flip, Lauri, and Walker starting ... but then who's going to play defense on the bench?

I was gonna make this comment earlier in the year but Ace doesn't seem to have much of a vertical. Seems like on his dunks he barely gets over the rim.
Even on a wide open breakaway dunk.
It's weird because he has good height and length and seems like a jumper but then looks like he struggles to dunk a little bit.
It's confusing

Keyonte just has really inconsistent base/balance on his 3s. Even when he's mostly open there seems to be too much movement in his base. Might have to rework his base at some point to make it a bit more of a set shot. He's on fire from the FT line.

Brooklyn Nets start 0-5 with a -14 point differential. Looks like they're the pacesetters. NOLA and Indiana not far behind.

I didn't think a Rick Carlisle team would tank, but it looks like it's on its way.

I really liked the buckets from Taylor.
He has developed some new stuff.

Why do we consistently help off of good 3 point shooters for no particular reason?
I think that NBA players help too much in general on all teams.

If there's a hill I'm willing to die on with the modern NBA, it's that you can't win a title if you're forced to give big minutes to rotations with multiple awful defenders.

You can get away with one really bad defender, but that really bad defender better be rock solid on offense.

The organization better start giving a damn about that end instead of treating its only good defenders like red-headed stepchildren.
AJ plays defense
