Is there something technically wrong with Keyonte’s shot or is this all mental?
Celtics announcers just said he’s first player to average 7 assists and 7 free throws since Trae Young did itKeyonte's FTAs have more than doubled from 4.3 last season to 9.0 this season.

Anfernee Simons is playing on a 4-yr. / $100M contract. Keyonte's could conceivably get something similar if his consistency improves. He's got to make his shots though.
Keyonte's 2FG% is okay so far, but he's shooting 25% 3FG%.
Simons got that contract before Jrue and SGA convinced the NBA that non-defending guards are garbage though. Simons will probably have to settle for between the league minimum and the MLE next summer.
I have no idea what Keyonte's next contract looks like. The NBA hates small guards that can get switch hunted, but if you cross a threshold of offensive quality, you can get a max as that archetype.
Reggie Jackson got money from Detroit. Spencer Dinwiddie got money from Brooklyn. If Keyonte gets to free agency, I think someone will give him $80M+. It might not be a great value contact for the team, but if he can convince someone he's a starting-level guard, he'll get some money.
D'Angelo Russell still gets $18M/year.
D'lo got 2/13 this offseason. Those deals you're talking about were all signed before Boston and OKC convinced teams that you can't have a single exploitable defender to win playoff games. I really could see any contract between a near max and the league minimum.
Hendricks isn't an quick and bouncy. Could be the injury, could be the extra weight, could be both.
