My ideal draft day

1. Trade up to get Cousins to where ever he falls, further the better. Then buy an extra pick, could be possible, dominique Jones said their were rumors they were buying a pick in the 20's. With the pick in the 20's hope Larry Sanders falls, if not, hope Whiteside falls. Then with the 55th pick get either Charles Garcia, Dexter Pittman, Lazar Hayward, Dasean Butler or Derrick Character.

If he falls to GS, it would maybe take a deal like AK, #6, Memphis pick, KK for Cousins and maybe you take a Maggette back. IMO, I would rather have Maggete and Cousins than Ak, #9 and Koufus. Trade a future first rounder for around the low 20's and maybe a 2nd round pick.

Line up:
Dwill, Price, Gaines
Maggette, matthews
Miles, Veteran or MLE, jeffers
Milsap, Sanders, Veteran or MLE
Cousins, Fes, Okur

You save $$ in not having to sign Booz and Korver. You get rid of AK's contract but take back maggette's. I am one of the few that thinks he is a good player and he plays hard, KOC has always wanted him

2. Draft Aminu if he falls, if not, get either Paul George, Epke Udoh, Xavier Henry or Luke Babbitt. In the D news, it said they are high on Henry, Babbitt and Udoh. Walt Perrin in a interview liked what he saw from Paul george even though he didn't shoot tremendous. Then buy another pick and once again get a Sanders, Whiteside, Orton even James Anderson or Quincy Pondexter. Do the same with the 2nd rounder or trade it away

How is that not a great lineup for the future? Look at our current lineup Darkwing and tell me how many games it wins next year. At least we would be changing something and taking a risk.

My head is spinning from all these moves.

SG: maggette>Matthews; Matthews>Korver
SF: Maybe only spot that grows weaker if AK is traded but Miles is getting a lot better
PF: Booz> Milly but our D improves tremendously. Sanders>Koufus
C: Cousins>Fes Fes of the bench>Koufus

add a shot blocking MLE center or PF and thats a much better defensive team and more athletic team than now. Whats bad about the line up? If you don't think Cousins will help our team your insane. Milsap and Cousins down low would be awesome in the post, pick and roll and most importantly, defense; which we need.

Trade AK to get the 5/6th pick. Then draft Cousins and take Xavier Henry at 9.

That's much more ideal. Not going to happen, but indeed, it is ideal.
