I’ve said since pretty much the outset that his ceiling is the best in this draft. If he’s there I think you have to take that swing and bank on him maturing.

I think it could happen without that if they don’t get Giannis. I don’t think they want to draft Harper. I also don’t think they want to (or could very easily) trade Fox.
The question of the offseason in my mind is if we can trade up to #2. I’m not interested in trading up to #3 or #4, we’re not trading up to #1, and I’m not trying to trade down, either (unless someone came at the Jazz with a crazy offer). I would also like to trade up from #21.

The Mavericks are still an absolute **** show. I guess they earned this since organizational incompetence seems to be what gets rewarded (unless you’re the Spurs).
