Just like the first time, sounds like everybody overlooked him again! Take him over Bronny any day! Steal of a deal, not that it means much to a tank team and his chances to shine though.
Not worried a bit about Cody or Kyle. Their shooting woes are an outlier and just reflect their adjustments to a new environment with new faces and the weight of expectation. They both had flashes and more importantly displayed unflappable poise when it mattered most.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team pull out so fast after a reasonably competitive beginning. No question that OKC came out with a burr in their saddle after that initial ten point loss to the Sixers. El matador defense and no offensive direction whatsoever for the Jazz. I’d call deer in the...
Between the two, Lofton had the much better game. That’s on offense and defense - Lofton logged some nice minutes against Jackson. He’s a dawg, I really hope we hang onto him!
To steal a line that Jimmy Durante apparently popularized, “so what are we now, chopped liver”? Dude it’s all pie in the sky. We’ve already done exceedingly well in the draft and already have that kind of potential. And whether we tank or not, we already have two firsts coming in. What we really...
Well, yeah I understand that! Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t actually give it an honest effort for a change. I’m talking mostly about Danny pulling the rug out at the deadline here but who knows what else.
The thing is that winning is contagious but so is losing!
Too much fun! Another hope against hope that Danny lets us compete this year. Convey the damn pick already, we have two more first rounders coming in already next year and we’ve run out of throw away players to make room!
Gets off soap box! (I just want to compete, and I know damn well that...
It’s Sexton that moves to the second unit, not George. Both Collier and George are combo guards. I expect Collier to run the show for the most part at the one. 10 - 20 games sounds about right.
i know he’s a person of interest but if we’re back in tank mode which I gotta believe we are, not sure I see the point with so much interest. Gotta be three or four at twenty or more.
Collier has a nice stroke as well as a knack for getting to the cup and scoring in traffic as did Richmond. Both 6’5”!and brawny. Richmond’s nickname was the Rock but whatevs.
