The Kas-Wolf scenario isn't my #1 dream scenario. Definitely hoping for Flagg. And while I'd be happy taking Fleming with the MIN pick, Wolf has currently risen above him on my board—especially because of his fit on Utah's roster.
Danny Wolf's layup package is awesome. And, you cannot go under on a screen when you're guarding him. And he can ****ing pass. And he's 7' tall. Love this guy. I can sense myself going full homer for this pick.
It's fun to imagine this starting lineup:
Kasparas (our pick)
Keyonte (or Sexton, if he isn't traded [which I kinda hope he isn't])
Lauri
Danny Wolf (MIN pick)
Kessler
In one draft we address a lot of our playmaking problems. And, potentially end up with an improved defense as well.
My earliest estimation of that kid was something like "extremely talented kid with a bad case of the blinders." But, some people seem to think he might be trending a bit in the right direction lately. If we drafted him, then I couldn't help myself from being excited and intrigued. And worried...
Ace with tons of points and zero assists. The highlight reel is pretty eye-opening because you see how many passes he either didn't see or didn't consider.
