Don't the majority of players do better against the scrubs or second tier players then the first tier? I think the question should be, who does the best against the first tier players. Is it Al or someone else.

Also, most of us in regular jobs can be let go / fired at any time without much consequence for the company. They sign those contracts for years and you have to keep paying even if they don't meet expectations. Sort of a sorry way to run a business but there you go.

Actually we expect quite a bit more of them then showing up and doing their job. (which is how I approach work) We expect them to hone their skills, give 100% effort, consistantly improve, win the game (not just play it) etc. etc. Maybe you do that for work but I show up, do my job and go...

I have to agree with Joe but it was sort of entertaining so I'll expect a couple of these a week letting us know what's going on in your head at night.
