Don't know how reliable this site is but its looking like Utah won't make the deal with Houston.

That's if he clears waivers right? If he is waived and someone wants to claim him then he goes to the highest bidder doesn't he? I don't think he has a choice if he is claimed of waivers but I could be wrong. I think he is getting paid somewhere around 12.5M this year.
It was very predicatble as he has had a bad season every other year since he started going to Butler. Hope his game inmproves this season but I wouldn't count on it.

I havent voted yet but im leaning towards trading him so Cotton and Neto gets the minutes. I just think Burke is too slow, small, and a bad defensive player. Although it would be nice if his trade value goes up. I wanted the Jazz to either move up in that draft so they could get Burke or stay...
I sprained my ankles a quite a few times playing bball but always just walked it off. If you get off your feet immediately your ankle tends to swell but by keeping pressure on it and keep them moving it keeps the swelling down. Of course it depends on how severe of a sprain it is.
Yeah, I agree with you but he had been known to do it before although they were picks 20 or later because that is usually where the Spurs draft. It would explain the reason the Lyles camp said they knew it would be tricky negotiations. Read section three of that article I posted.
Interesting article to read. Section three is what interested me.

He has been involved in almost 50% 3 of 7 situations where he has paid lower than the 120% full scale in league history. Trey and his agent came out and said they expected negotiations to be tricky because they knew of Lindseys past. DL has a reputation for playing hardball with rookies when it...
There is no trade, there is no free agent, theres only an excuse. Time for Lindsey to swallow his pride and get the guy signed. There has only been 7 occasions where the draft pick dont get the full 120% payscale since they went to the rookie payscale. It happened three time with the San Antonio...
Jazz are losers in free agency IMO. The Jazz advantage of having cap space this year is wasted as everyone will have cap space to sign max players in the next couple years. Cap space doesn't get you into the playoffs or help you compete for a championship, Players do. Jazz needed to add a good...
After the draft and so far the free agency I think the Jazz have not done much to help themselves. I Think we are a good 3 point shooter away from the playoffs.
1-Warriors
2-Spurs
3-Thunder
4-Rockets
5-Grizzlies
6-Clippers
7-Pelicans
8-Suns
9-Jazz
10-T-Wolves
11-Mavericks
12-Blazers
13-Kings...
If so, who do you prefer them to go after? When the tv deal kicks in and salary cap goes up then everyone will have money to spend. The Jazz will have a dificult time attracting anyone as they are not a championship contender and Utah isnt exactly a desireable landing spot for most free agents...
