Pretty unbelievable that Kenneth Faried isn’t on a roster. He made such a strong impact with Houston last season filling in for injured Capela and averaging 12 and 8. Definitely wouldn’t be mad if Utah signed him.
100% yes but I doubt Utah has the assets and I think he is a warrior for life. I could see the Pistons offering a nice package for him that includes Blake or Drummond
Bradley was head and shoulders above almost everyone in summer league, so he definitely deserves a shot in the regular season. Since DAVIS provides no rim protection and is only 6’9”, Bradley should help with backing up Gobert especially if opponent is having an easy time getting buckets at the...
Eric Woodyard: The Utah Jazz have a verbal agreement in place to sign French wing player William Howard, but it’s “still far to go with buyout and contract signings,” per a Deseret News source. He is still under contract with Limoges in France.
Lakers are 12 guys deep.
1. Lebron
2. DAVIS
3. Cousins
4. Danny Green
5. Kyle Kuzma
6. Rajon Rondo
7. Jared Dudley
8. Javale McGee
9. Quinn Cook
10. Alex Caruso
11. KCP
12. Avery Bradley
With the exception of McGee, there isn’t one player who I wouldn’t want on Utah.
Kentavious Caldwell Pope - My first choice; Good shooter; Good Defense
Dante Cunningham - My second choice. Shot 46% from 3 last season. Might be too big if Jazz are looking for a guard
Jamal Crawford - Still balls; Could teach DM45 some tricks
Nik Stauskas - Can shoot but no defense
Iman...
Nando De Colo. 6'5" who plays either guard position. With Gobert's buddy Neto gone, maybe bring in his countryman? I think Raptors have his RFA rights, but doubt they will match.
Caruso is going to stay with Lakers and McConnell will get more than the minimum. I like Ryan Arcidiacono... he did well for my fantasy team last season. Kris Dunn is available, but not sure the Jazz have assets or room to adsorb his $5m.
I think they gave up a tad too much for Conley; Would've liked to keep Allen or Crowder. Crowder would've been tough to keep financially in the trade so I get that, but he brought such toughness. Grayson showed flashes and with 1 year under his belt think he could've been a 15-minute per game...
Can Jazz and Pacers do a double sign and trade? Utah signs Rubio and trades to Pacers for Bojan, who sign and trade him to Utah? This way Utah can sign Bojan and keep Favors. Does Utah have Rubios bird rights?
