2 Reasons Why Jazz Lost Game 5

There are 2 plays that are momentum shifting reasons that the jazz lost game 5 1. Quinn Snyder not calling for review of George’s Niang’s steal/kickball. Allowing Denver to get the ball back made it a 4 point swing and from that moment Denver had the momentum. Utah lost its double digit lead a...

Game Thread Aug 08, 2020: Utah Jazz vs Denver Nuggets

Big mistake. You should always care and play for the win. Utah might end up against the Clips in Round 1 because of this loss and the spurs loss.

What happened to Paul Millsap? 2 points, 2 boards in 22 minutes and didn’t appear in OT.

Game Thread Aug 08, 2020: Utah Jazz vs Denver Nuggets

Putting 6’4” Royce O’Neal against Jokic at end of first OT was not smart. Should have brought out Ed Davis or Bradley for that one play.

    A Gentlemen's Agreement?

Not sure why the Jazz tanked this game. Seeding is so important and Jazz could get to 3 seed. Seems like they wasted an opportunity to get a win. Why not take turns resting guys, rather than resting Gobert, Conley and Mitchell at the same time. Just rest one at a time if need be. Bad decision...

    Rony Seikaly Trade

If that was the case, that is disappointing. It is not the Laettner that could have helped Stockton and Malone in 1998, but I think Laettner would have excelled under Sloan no matter when he would have played for Jazz

    Rony Seikaly Trade

With the Rony Seikaly trade brings negated in ‘98, I wonder if Utah made any other attempts to land a starter quality big man that season or at trade deadline in preparation for a rematch with the Bulls. While I thought Morris and Foster contributed in the playoffs and finals well, would another...

Post Your Gobert or Mitchell Trade Ideas

Gobert, Davis and 1st Rounder for Embiid and OQuinn. Gobert fits better with Simmons. Embiid and Mitchell would be huge! http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=vbpre8a

Things are slow so why not

Get the title. Worry about the rest later. Toronto only had Kawhi for one year but they managed to stay competitive this season.

    RIFT IN JAZZ LOCKER ROOM

It’s also possible that Donovan had it first l, showed no symptoms and gave it to Rudy who reacted differently

    Buyout Options

Disappointed that Lakers got Markieff Marcus. That is a player that could have helped Utah a lot, served the roles that Jeff Green and Ed Davis were supposed to do by himself.

Official Win This For Jeff Green Miami Game Thread

Interesting that when he signed with the Jazz for the minimum, Dwyane Wade couldn’t believe that Green was a vet minimum guy. Thought he should still be a multi year contract talent. Definitely not the “steal of the summer” that people were expecting.
