If you look at our core starters and first off the bench and look at their NBA Playoff experience..Realistically not much is expected of our team from non Jazz fans. But it is true that it is a learning experience..
Crowder - New to the team but probably the most playoff experience..
Limited...
Do you even watch the games.. most of the time when Dante plays he is all over the place in the most out of control way possible..He still needs a lot of development before he can even be looked at as reliable.. He might have the most rare short bursts where somehow he manages to do something...
Rudy went for personal glory which led to both of those offensive fouls. Neither were necessary , but were in the heat of the moment and perhaps riding on the confidence of leading by so much.
If he had kept disciplined and contained, we would have had more fouls to work with on defense which...
Instead of using money on billboards to entice people to stay in their contract year, why not start early and let them know that we appreciate them whilst they are mid contract
I've eaten crow a couple of times already, but I guess I might as well go for thirds in an official thread about it. My apologies to Ricky. I am in awe that he has turned things around within a season. I now can see that he is great for the Jazz.
What I don't understand is why there is always an idiot interviewer who insists on asking rubio an interview question in spanish which forces everyone else to awkwardly sit around not understanding the question or answer.
I regret anything bad I had to say about Rubio when he first came in. He has made me turn my views upside down. I should have had more trust in Ricky and the coaching staff that believed in him.
So I am just wondering who the Locke haters recommend as an alternative to listen to for general Jazz information and podcast based discussions that provides information as frequently as he does.. that is also easily accessible internationally ?
I think it's time for me to eat some crow in regards to Rubio.. I pretty much saw him as bench fodder and really didn't see much point in having him play. He appears to have improved considerably.
Time will tell whether the consistency is there..but I feel that I probably should have given him...
I'm comparing two dunk contest winners and saying that winning it really shouldn't mean anything in a ROTY race.
There have been great players and not so great players who have won the dunk contest. However it wasn't winning the contest that made them great. So don't get your knickers in a knot.
He is generally seen by non Jazz fans as a soccer dad / not a star, which is why they get surprised when he he makes players on their team look bad. Also, he might not be able to get all the shots up in time.
