Exactly my point...in that game he disappeared in crunch time. Isaiah Thomas of UW took control of the game while Thompson cracked under pressure. If I remember correctly, Wazzu was leading the whole game until the final minute or so. As i said, he can light it up-just like Mo Almond. He...
NO to Klay
I watched quite a few Wazzu games this year and can say DeAngelo Casto was the best player on the team. Klay Thompson always disappeared in crunch time and I don't think he ever made a crucial shot or play in the final 2 or so minutes of a game in his college career. He may have...
Okay, there is a huge difference beteen 5'8" and 6'. If he really is that short then I'd say no. But if he is 6' what is the knock on him to rate him lower than Knight? I admit, I haven't seen a lot either, but I looked up highlights of both players and I thought Walker was more impressive...
From what I've seen from comparisons Knight could be a Russell Westbrook type and Kanter could be a Zach Randolph type player. Let's say they both reach that potential. who would you rather have: Westbrook or Randolph?
Irving also split time with Smith so teams couldn't focus on just him. Not saying Knight is better but he was THE pg on KU. At the same time, could that have hindered Irving?
I've seen some suggest Klay Thompson at 12-trust me, he will suck in the NBA. I've seen quite a few WA ST games this past year and aside from his horrible defense, he completely disappears in crunch time. Wazzu fans will tell you kyle Weaver is/was a much better prospect.
I haven't seen very much of Barnes, that's why I ask. Have you seen the range of Derrick Williams? If he could be a 3 (which I think he could) he's a lights out shooter plus can slam with authority. So would you take Willaims or Kanter?
If Harrison Barnes had entered the draft and the Jazz had the choice of Derrick Wiliams or Barnes, who would you take?
Also, personally, I'd be more okay with Kanter being a stud on another team opposed to the Jazz drafting him and becoming a bust.
It's too bad that the Miller's didn't send their retarded son to the draft for good luck... Maybe then that would've been #1, #2 at least because that Gilbert kid did look pretty retarded. Big shoes for Greg to fill.
And last year they make a big deal about Washington's representative and...
Hopefully this will help ease the blow, maybe KOC read it...https://www.sbnation.com/2010/6/24/1534947/2010-nba-draft-small-forward-rankings-wesley-johnson-bust
I hope everyone in that conference is penalized in the BCS standings for this ********. They are now a weaker conference by losing Nebraska and don't play as many games...
Why would you think I'm mocking? I think it would be a great move for the Big 12 to get both TCU and BYU. I also think it's a great move for the Pac 10 to add Utah. I would've liked to see the MWC remain the same with the addition of Boise, that would've been a pretty good conference but I...
