Same baseline ref missed a bunch of fouls on layups in the first half against the Jazz. Was horrible on both ends. That ref does not belong in the NBA. Portland lost 2 points from guy, Jazz lost 6 in the first half because the same ref can’t blow a whistle.

jazz can’t handle physical play. They don’t know how to draw fouls, how to be physical back without drawing fouls. It’s been very consistent in most losses. Doesn’t matter which crew officiates.
