Smokers are not a protected class. Employers can refuse to hire them. Alaska Airlines doesn't hire smokers and all new hires have to pass a nicotine test.

I live in Washington. What about the occasional marijuana brownie? It's legal, and not included in the items that are strictly prohibited. Seems to me that the church either needs to address this, or consider it a personal choice, similar to caffeine.
There's a big difference between defending your family against an attack and punishing the attacker after the fact. Somebody is dead, that should automatically trigger an investigation to find out what happened.
It's the MickeyDs and movie theaters of the world that this ban will affect. Street vendors and most restaurants don't go bigger than 16oz.
Seems to me that this ban does a pretty good job at targeting the poor.
Nevermind... the limit would apply to restaurants, mobile food carts, places that the department of health assigns letter grades to--food service establishments. Grocery stores and 7-11 would be exempt.
Ban is much ado about nothing.
So, I'll be able to buy a 32 ounce Coke Zero, but only a 16 ounce Coke? What if I want to blend the two together? Will the local 7-11 clerk be there to help me out with the math to determine the maximum cup size I'm allowed?
