How do we feel about Collier vs WCJ after the 1st game?

Guards do take longer to get going. Garland was pretty bad his first 2 years. Only really took off his third year. The raw FG% looks pretty bad but the TS% is 53.9% which is below average but not horribly so.

AA talked about how much WCJ grew as a point guard during his college career. Think that is an indication that they see him as a PG.

Setting up a foundation for Ace and WCJ? That does make sense in terms of setting them up for success. Ty Jerome would be cheaper than any Sexton extension and would be more of a connector type who can play within himself. Let us hope Ty Jerome is actually the plan.

Well, I really liked Sexton as a player. Hoped we could get something good for him but alas. I wish Sexton the best, especially when he plays the Jazz. Life goes on.

We didn't get a chance to draft Yang but WCJ is a great player. How is the Chinese fan reaction of Yang going so high to Portland at 16?

I don't think we will have to worry about Ace being too passive. I hope he can keep his sky high confidence and aggressiveness with getting his own shot.

I hope Ace or WCJ can prove themselves "too good for summer league" this year. That would be a big sign that we made the right decisions.

Cody just plays with a slow rhythm. It hasn't been effective so far but I don't think he can go any faster, Its just kinda who he is.
