Jazz Buyout Tibor Pleiss, Working On Contract

The Euro convention for using commas and periods is confusing. Just my $0,02

Utah Jazz vs. Boston Celtics July 6th, 2015 7 PM Mountain Time *Official Game Thread for SL*

Don't know if it's already been brought up in this or any other thread, but Rodney Hood looks taller than 6'8". I was at the game and was surprised to see him in person. I think he's grown. Is it just me? He looks 6'9".

The best new for the Jazz during this free agent signing period...

I think you're making the OP's point. Players aren't just going to a destination. They are considering other factors like potential teammates. That's good news for small market teams.

    Jody Genessy tweets about Hack

:D Very nice! I've been around for a while. Just don't post very often.

    Jody Genessy tweets about Hack

So, it was no accident how you signed your name? It was deliberate?

    Press conference?

    Yeah. My bad.

    Press conference?

I don't know why this cracks me up so bad! Please tell me you were going for "It's a wonderful life".

    Press conference?

I love David Locke! We are lucky to have him in our market. I don't agree with everything he says. I don't agree with everything MOST people say. But how great is it to have a local media guy that is just as geeked about the Jazz (year round) as the fans are!? He's a gem. He's better than that...

    Official 2015 NBA Draft Thread

Wow! DX got every player in the lottery. The order was off a little. But wow! Respect.

Rudy at P3: 12'3.5'' max vertical reach

McGee's max vert was 32.5" at his draft combine.

Dante Exum is back and bigger. Already.

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but this thread got me thinking. What are some of the other lies about Dante? It seems like the media is just spoon feeding us propaganda. I thought I'd explore this using the new scientific method of averages. The results are startling. Not only did Dante NOT grow...

    Jazz Pre-Draft Workouts 2015

Nice interviews from Connaughton and Hunter. I also like Turner's interview on DX. It won me over a little bit. It's hard to look at these guys the same way after listening to them talk.

Would we accept #4 for Gordon Hayward?

Building a team around Carmelo Anthony. Stupid is as stupid does.

    Following potential 2015 draftees

I was wondering if anyone else noticed this. Wow! All of those heights are WITH shoes. Don't know if anyone has posted this, but DX has updated its combine measurement database...

Dennis Lindsey's Comments on May 1st

I've never had a problem with how O'Connor or Lindsey handle these interviews (Layden was another matter). I DO get frustrated with radio personalities that ask the questions. They ask terrible questions. They're either too open-ended, or something that can't be answered publicly. Most of the...

    Following potential 2015 draftees

Oops. Sorry. I tried Googling before I posted (since this thread is so long) and didn't get any hits. Now I know that doesn't work.

    Following potential 2015 draftees

Has anyone seen Richaun Holmes play? There's a nice write-up on Draftexpress https://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Richaun-Holmes-65912/ Intriguing prospect in the 2nd round. Long and athletic. Blocks shots, rebounds, can shoot the college 3 (41%). Played at Bowling Green.

With the 12th pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, The Utah Jazz Select...

Grant seems like BPA to me. Nobody really excites me at #12. I'll be a little surprised if we actually keep the pick (assuming we don't win the lottery).

    Quin Snyder: Intense Perfectionist

Jazz Players Defend Kanter and Say He was NOT a Cancer

What speaks volumes to me is how the team played in the first game after the trade (and almost every game since). It was against the Blazers. I took my son. The team played with more energy and seemed to enjoy playing together more than I've seen in (what seems like) ages. This was about more...
