That would be my guess as well.

Collin Sexton traded to Charlotte Hornets for Jusuf Nurkic

    LaMelo's agent is Raymond Brothers.

Collin Sexton traded to Charlotte Hornets for Jusuf Nurkic

Agree. AA wanted to move Sexton, but Sexton probably wanted to get traded as well. I’m sure he talked about his situation with his agent. He saw what the Jazz’s plans are for next season, with our roster full of young players. Same with Collins. Wouldn’t be surprising if he wants to move on.

Collin Sexton traded to Charlotte Hornets for Jusuf Nurkic

Sexton must be glad he can move on. Knew we’re going with the young guys now. I’m pretty sure Rich Paul agreed.

Now you have to change your profile pic to Nurk, huh?

Collin Sexton traded to Charlotte Hornets for Jusuf Nurkic

Sexton had to be traded, and no one outside of the Hornets wanted to take him. It is what it is. As long as our ship is moving toward the 2026 draft, which is expected to be one of the best ever, I'm OK with it.

The Jazz Must Select Hansen Yang at 21

That trade between Portland and Memphis was real interesting. Both teams wanted a certain player and executed it perfectly.

Utah Jazz Select John Tonje, Pick 53

Probably plays in about a dozen games for us with limited minutes.

Could the Jazz Milk Washington if The Ace Saga Sours?

This thread is a blast. We've got a drug dealer, a fake agent, a loopy father, a young kid who has no clue, etc. And the Jazz fans sweating. Slow down, folks. The smoke will clear, and the kid will play for the Jazz. Will he live up to the hype? We'll have to wait and see.

Utah Jazz Select John Tonje, Pick 53

John Tonje. Nice. Like with WCJ, Austin wants to speed things up by picking an older guy who already knows how to play basketball.

Well, if that's the case, let's go for it then. We're rebuilding. The time is now. The more picks, the better the chance of hitting a home run.

Yeah, I like Clifford as well. A team like the Celtics would probably want to grab him, too, if they could. Cedric Coward is another one for me. The dude's got tremendous upside in my opinion.

    Game Thread 2025 NBA Draft - June 25th & 26th, 2025 - 6PM MT

It’ll be fun to see how this shakes out. On average, every draft class has 5 to 6 players who will eventually become All-Stars. My top candidates to get there from this draft are Cooper, Harper, Edgecombe, Kasparas, and Coward.
