The fact that he came back at all last year, to me, shows he does not have a stumbling block mentally. A player who was fearful would have not come back at all last season. If anything his lack fear caused him to come back too soon and smartly shut it down after 8 games. In his first game back...
Thank you for the compliments regarding my wings and guards. Gobert's sample size while impressive is still relatively small. As a Jazz fan, I hope he is the DPOY and proves that the last 30 weren't a fluke in any way. That said, I don't think Gobert's defensive presence completely makes up...
The injury that George sustained while nasty is not one that will hinder him long term. In fact the bone will grow back stronger. Julius Randle who suffered a very similar injury showed in summer league that it did not hinder his movements or anything.
According to Dr. Robert Klapper, a leader...
If i were Log, I would start Wiggins and MKG for better perimeter defense. I almost didn't vote for Log because of JR Smith in starting unit but his big 3 is too big too ignore.
Pretty pictures Framer, but definitely not a better team! He only has to players that can shoot consistently on the whole team. My players are battle tested with a mix of youth, all-stars, and proven veteran leadership. These guys have been in wars in the deep playoffs… most of Framer’s team has...
They already have 3 PGs signed. Not sure they will sign another. I think they would just start, whomever has the best camp. That said, I wouldn't mind giving Evan Turner a shot to make the roster. He had some really solid games last season and would definitely fit as a back-up 3. He has...
Team J32
Starters
PG: Jrue Holiday
SG: Paul George
SF: Kawhi Leonard
PF: Zach Randolph
C: Andre Drummond
Bench:
PG: Ty Lawson
SG: Jordan Clarkson
SF: Mike Dunleavy Jr.
PF: Nikola Mirotic
C: Tristan Thompson
Ty Lawson is the best player of the bunch. Last season he averaged 15ppg and 9apg while possibly dealing with alcohol issues. This season, he will be the 3rd best player on a very good and disciplined Rockets team... and hopefully sober.
He is going to have a huge year this year starting in Detroit and spreading the floor for Drummond. I was debating him v. Mirotic in round 7, but went with Mirotic because of better size and upside.
Great pick. I was debating about taking him a couple rounds ago. With the announcement of Garnett starting probably with Towns, I was worried he wouldn't get the minutes. But, I guess Garnett will only be playing about 20 a game, so GD should get good run.
