Regardless of the rationale and whether/how it was justified, this sucks. Sexton was fun to watch and was one of the few guys who put his whole heart and soul into to every minute of every game.
It’s interesting that Ace had such a national profile already. Maybe we’re a bit uncomfortable with the stupid drama, but it’s part of the glitz and glamour of the game. We should embrace it, and Ace with it. It’s good for the team and the franchise.
What's the story on Clayton's defense? He seems reasonably athletic and if he's a high energy guy (which seems likely) he could be an an average defender, right? Or are his size/length limitations just too much to expect him to be better than terrible on the defensive end?
He probably doesn’t become a good shooter, true. If so, it’s a swing and a miss. But if he does…..he’s a cornerstone kind of guy. We need big swings. If he’s there at 21 by some miracle you gotta take him.
That was incredibly impressive grit and toughness from the Pacers. They took all the punches that the best defense in the NBA had to give and they kept coming.

What where they thinking in posting that? Do they think it shows something impressive, or that it would make fans hopeful he's putting in the work he needs to improve? Doesn't seem like it does either of those things....
