If you look at the numbers for their first 5 years in the league, Malik Beasley is very similar to Jordan Clarkson. Jordan does have a higher assist ration, though.
I think Donovan has played with Jordan Clarkson on his team before.
I posted them already. EFG+ and TS+ are pretty stark. Mitchell's EFG and TS were slightly below average his first five years. Curry's is off the chart his first 5 years.
Counting stats is your argument?
In 1985 Mike Mitchell and Kareem Abdul Jabbar averaged 22 points per game. Five year stretches are similarly arbitrary.
Advanced numbers show the two are no where near each other in how they achieved those numbers.
Also, Mitchell does compare better to Monta Ellis. More like Monta Ellis with a three point jump shot. The comparisons between the two would match up pretty well I think if either Mitchell couldn't shoot a 3 or Ellis could.
By the way, the top is Stephen Curry and the Bottom is Donovan Mitchell their first five years in the league. The numbers show no real comparable behavior.
"Can I get your phone number"
"Would you like to donate money to the charity of the grocery store's choosing"
"Would you like to join our rewards program"
Oh yeah, the chats with the cashiers are GREAT.
As someone who lived in Korea for a time, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that I won't be shedding any tears for the man. It has been interesting seeing how people and media outlets have portrayed him. Some of his stuff would please both parties in the US obviously wouldn't happen here...
