I hear AD might be available.

    Too good to tank?

If I had to guess I would say the rest day was already predetermined.

    Too good to tank?

Shenanigans alert. If we really rest Love after two days off when all of our other centers are out would be tanktastic. View: https://twitter.com/utahjazz/status/1996339147611754578?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

Utah could be in the position to consolidate some of the MIL draft capital in to one trade. For example Lauri to Portland for the picks that they own and Kessler to NOP for the picks that they own. I'm not saying I would do that, but maybe MIL looks for a trade that can help them get some...

It looks like this is who controls the MIL 1st round draft picks in upcoming drafts: 2026 - ATL 2027 - NOP 2028 - POR 2029- POR 2030-POR 2031-CHA

At one point in time I argued that we should start trading for all of the Milwaukee picks for when this time came. I'm not sure what it would have taken to make that happen though.

share your current thoughts about whether Taylor Hendricks is an NBA player

I've already committed to not making judgements until after the mid-way point of the season. I'm currently doing better on this goal than I have been on my goal to not eat desserts between Thanksgiving and New Years.

With flattened odds you are playing with fire there. You have to be bad enough to maximize your pick, but be good enough to not have too good of a chance that your pick is better than NOP. There are probably too many likely scenarios where you lose out on an amazing pick that I think you just...

Oh Man... - Milwaukee is the worst team in the league without Giannis, but similar to NOP/LAC they don't own their pick. - This makes the pick that ATL owns that much better. - I don't think Utah will be in the running for Giannis, but maybe we get involved somehow - If I were Milwaukee I...

Look, it's like when you are playing Risk and someone gets off to a huge lead and all the other players have to leave their own best interest aside and gang up against the leader in order to level the playing field. In this case OKC has the huge lead and the rest of the league needs to gang up...

    G League Chit 2025

The way I see it is Cody needs to be a very good open 3pt shooter to be an NBA player. Hendricks needs to be able to stay in front of people on defense to be an NBA player. It feels like Hendricks will eventually get his mobility back, but I have not idea if it ever gets back to pre-injury...

    G League Chit 2025

Every once in awhile Cody has a burst or explosion that make you wonder what you are watching, like why can't he always do that. The main thing that Hendricks has over Cody is his shot, which I do think he can shoot, while Cody's shot is still in the process of getting reworked.

Looks like Cody ended with 18 points in 23 minutes on 6fga. Good stuff, hopefully he's gaining some confidence.

I do enjoy watching CMB play. Most of what he does doesn't show up in the box score, but he just does a lot of little stuff that helps win games. There was a sequence last night where he helps at the rim and blocks a shot, then immediately jump out to the top of the key where the ball...

LOL, I do love me some Boogie Fland. Something happened to his shot though, it looks like he added a hitch to it over the offseason, it doesn't look right and obviously isn't going in. He obviously needs to be a super high level shooter to be a real prospect. I keep waiting for his breakout...

He's added to his game quite a bit this year. I was his number one hater last year, but he's diving/passing/defending way more than I ever saw him try last year. Probably still not close to good enough, but I've noticed a big difference
