    Following potential 2013 draftees

But it's an odd numbered year. Last year's draft was the strong one. Therefore, this year's must be the weak one. Has anyone else noticed this pattern? 2009 - Greg Monroe went back to school. People called it weak. Looking back, it was way underrated. 2010 - They called it strong, the year...

2013 draft picks: which vets to acquire to play on their stead?

Me too. Here it goes: I think KOC/Lindsay didn't trade Paul or Al because they are planning a full-blown tank next year. KOC has to be proud that it has never taken him years and years of losing to rebuild the team. He's has been able to produce some respectable >.500 seasons while acquiring...

    Following potential 2013 draftees

I remember watching Can't Hardly Wait and being deeply sad I would never have Jennifer Love Hewitt as a girlfriend. I feel the same distinct emotion watching this highlight reel.

Corbin Finally Considers Changing the Starting Lineup...Just Not Yet

I think Ty is doing his best to set the expiring veterans up for their next contracts. He's probably pissed they're not repaying the favor by actually performing well.

    Following potential 2013 draftees

Every fan of every team likes Burke. There has been less negative written about him than most #1 picks. It makes it really hard to imagine that we have a shot at him in the late lottery.

People you lack the expertise to criticize Corbin

Never a good move to belittle the fans. While it's true we probably don't see the same nuances of the game that Ty does, we do recognize a good job when we see it, and we'll throw money at it. I probably couldn't direct a film anywhere near as good as the third Transformers, but that doesn't...

You people are the most miserable group of sports fans I've ever encountered

Dude's just a Cleveland fan proud of his team's comeback. He came here searching for any kind of positive statement about the Cav's future, but all he found was everyone here whining that it was all our Foye's or Ty's fault. To him I say: Tristan Thompson looks like a child next to Enes Kanter...

Have you ever met a Jazz Player?

I met Kirilenko at the airport back in 2002. He was there with his wife, and I think they were picking up some family flying in for the winter olympics. He was a really cool guy. He walked all the way over the the check in tables to find a pen and sign an autograph.

Favors had 23 pts 15 rebounds after 3 and Corbin benched him for the entire 4th quarter.

Yeah, I'm not worried about them leaving. I would just enjoy the games more if they played more. I wish the Jazz and Locke would acknowledge that it is important for fans to enjoy the product on the floor.

Favors had 23 pts 15 rebounds after 3 and Corbin benched him for the entire 4th quarter.

I think a young player will leave his team regardless of the minutes they receive. Bosh, LeBron, Carmello, CP3, Dwight... all these guys were handed franchises early in their career and then either left in free agency or forced a trade. We gotta stop worrying that Favors will leave because he...

Why are the Jazz being named the team that's going to miss the playoffs?

Most people would prefer that we don't make it. When people fantasize about potential playoff matchups, they're never going think, "Wouldn't it be awesome to see the Jazz play the [insert exciting team here] in the first round!"

    Milking the gravy train

I love me some Trey Burke, too, but if he was really our point guard of the future, don't you think it would be hard to pick him with a playoff team's pick? The last time we wanted a point guard in that range, we were settling for D-Will's backup, Eric Maynor. And that draft was loaded with...

Post your early prediction for our roster next year

Hayward, Favors, Kanter, and Burks we know for sure. Then there's Marvin, of course. Probably two rookies, unless we somehow trade up for the pg that we like. I wouldn't mind rolling for a season with that lineup, but it's going to be hard for the FO to sign 5-7 free agents that don't have more...

Guess our offer to Millsap come offseason

Millsap won't re-sign here. I doubt Jefferson will either, but with his personality I think it's more likely. It's not a comfortable position to be in, playing ahead of two young #3 picks and fan favorites. Maybe Millsap will want to play in Atlanta or Houston. I don't imagine some of the other...
