PAO is a pretty middling team in Euroleague now. Budget not up to par with the elite teams like Madrid, CSKA, and Fener. Think he should be happy with the Jazz. He would also have a Gator as his starting PG so definitely better off in Utah.

He is making a nice living in Madrid playing for one of the best teams outside of NBA. Would not be surprised to see him give NBA one more shot after this season.

I posted in the draft thread about how many of the Serbian posters on the intl board I am on talked about how many of the Slovenian players came from Serbian backgrounds most notably Doncic and Dragic.

Just posted in the Eurobasket thread but ESPN has two stories on Doncic today. By the way Serbian posters on my intl board are really mad that he does not play for Serbia as his father is Serbian.

I really liked Prepelic. He was the X factor for them. Serbia has to be kicking themselves for not being able to pull it out with Dragic and Doncic out. ESPN has two write ups on Doncic today.

Yeah, Spanish coach lacked flexibility in seeing this. Would have put J Hernangomez at the 4 and whoever was playing the best at 5. Give Vidmar some credit he played very tough defense.
