To boo or not to boo?

I was at the game and from where I was, the boos were maybe louder but I heard a lot of cheers, too. Easier to boo and to hear a boo than a "hurray" or a "Deron call me." lol

    Free Jazz Tickets

That's cool. I'm glad you did. I told my nephew about them but he may have been at work. I didn't hear back from him. Was a good game to go to. Plenty of offense and good plays.

My nephew may want to go. I already have tickets, but I'll text him and have him get on here to msg ya. :)

    Dwill's Blog

I'm actually going to the game tonight with my sister. I thought about it and I'm going to cheer loudly for Memo and I'll clap and say "huzzah" for Deron. Afterall, he did "Net" us some good players in trade. :) lol I actually like Deron. I can understand how frustrated he must've been...

How about saying "woot!"? That way you can secretly cheer for him while it sounds more like boo. ;)

Deron Williams' First NBA Game - Mavs/Jazz 2005-06

As for Deron, some guys just have more natural ability to go along with loads of confidence. Confidence can be cultivated but I also think you're born with a certain amount of it as well. If you want to know who has all the self-confidence on this team, just look at who actually played well...

Deron Williams' First NBA Game - Mavs/Jazz 2005-06

Don't forget that Jarron Collins was there and had that tip-in near the end. This game was all sorts of strange. ;) I also am not worried about Favors development. I also think Kanter will be a solid rotation guy. Burks has all the tools, he just needs to get over the rookie excitement and...

    Rumor I heard about DWill

All kidding aside, the Jazz probably do have enough assets to trade for Howard and sign Deron this Summer. Of course, we'd have to sign Deron first before D.Howard would sign off on it. Personally, I don't mind either way. As long as whoever is here plays hard, team basketball and wants to...

    jazz depth= secret weapon

I agree to a point. We have been terrible at times and pretty good at times. Although, even at home, we're pretty sloppy. The positive is that we have really stepped up our defense. Seems that will be the Jazz's strength going forward. Guys just have to be a lot more patient on our passing...

    jazz depth= secret weapon

Well, isn't that his point? They don't scare people so we surprise them. I do think that some teams do still fear playing in the ESA building. As for efficiency, we're pretty far from that. Although, we are getting better as a team. Even as fans, we're getting better as being realistic...

A letter from Kevin O Connor

I doubt anyone thought it was real. I just think it's a shame people have to attack each other instead of just discussing basketball. Besides, anything not Utah Jazz related is off-topic. This post included. ;) lol

Game #6: Bucks at Jazz, Tuesday 01/03/2012 7:00 MST

Zulu, same here! That includes against the Lakers when they had Shaq and Kobe, too! It also includes a Starzz game when I was an honorary coach. Lisa Leslie thought I was cute and kept staring at me. I must've distracted her. Don't think Shaq could see me, during the Laker battle. I was...

I can't find any trade rumors with the Jazz

KB, the answer is: They're not looking to make any moves right now or KOC is only looking but not spending. My guess is that he'll wait for another gem of a trade before pulling the trigger again. That usually means waiting until closer to the trade deadline or closer to the draft. Of...

Raja Bell, the worst player in the league...

While those stats are hard to dispute, I still say he's not that bad. I just think Raja needs to change his shot. What he's doing now obviously isn't working. He's shooting it straight without much arc. He needs to "reach for the peach" a bit more and less of a push shot. When Hornacek...

Start Harris, Hayward, Howard, Millsap, Jefferson (optimism galore)

What about being flexible depending on who we play? We have some good defenders at various positions that Ty can use depending on who we play. Although, getting Howard more minutes is a must at this point. My lineup: Tinsley Burks Howard Millsap Favors This is probably our best...

A letter from Kevin O Connor

Think about it for a moment. He does this really long, well thought out post (whether you agree with his thoughts isn't the point). The first reply post he gets is completely the opposite. How would you feel? His reply was defensive. People aren't their best when they're defensive. Perhaps...

Agreed, Blues, don't let them get to you. Just ignore the haters and respond to the real posts.

Big Al's new name should be Selfish Al

When we first got Al, I thought the Jazz would be smart to use the Olajuwon offense (1 post with 4 shooters). Tonight, Al showed us again why this would work really well. However, it's not traditional Jazz basketball. I think it'd be too big of an adjustment for many Jazz fans and our coaches...
