I will also just say that for a guy who hasn't always had it easy, has had his share of friction, etc, I would expect that he knows the grass isn't always greener. When success comes immediately it's easier to believe it's just going to happen wherever you go.

I feel like the issue is that we don't have enough talented youth to really be buyers? I could see Charlotte for example selling a number of vets but don't think any of them move the needle. Not sure who could come available that would make me want to snap it off.
I would guess the thought is that he's a good mentor for the young guys, helps show everyone how to practice and be in the right places, and does very little to help us win.

Really depends on how low you get to buy. I could absolutely see Ainge taking him if the cost is low enough, potential to rehab both him and Ayton as assets without really trying to win makes a lot of sense to me.
