My question at the end wasn’t a serious question. We could finally stop the ‘for a few years Deron was better debate’ when they’ve both been Jazzmen though.
Get him here to coach Keyonte to an even higher level to finish his career here 20 years after we picked Deron over him (who retired 8 years ago!). What more could he wish for?

I wouldn’t say that. He’s 3rd in the league in defensive rebounding % and 4th in overall rebounding %. Almost 10 rpg in 24 minutes. There are advantages to being so big you can’t be moved. Though admittedly it does hinder overall defensive effectiveness.
To be fair, he shot over 43% from 3 last year. Still a remarkable shooting night though. Looks so funny now on Basketball Reference that he’s averaging 50ppg on over 90% from 3 for the season.
They seem to have a big hole at pg with Conley falling off while he has been one of the main factors in keeping this team together in the past. Not really an established player behind him. It surprised me they didn’t sign a veteran pg in free agency (but perhaps I’ve missed something). They may...
