    Following potential 2017 draftees...

Earliest we can get the OKC pick is 2018 because they gave Philly their pick this year. All depends on Durant staying or leaving. We won't get the pick if they're in the lottery.

Since #12 is gone who is your top target at 42?

I think Trey Burke or even Neto has some trade value as a backup. Windhorst just reported that the Bucks are prepared to pay Delly $10M as a free agent for heaven's sakes. I will say if we get back into the first round it should be for Juan Hernangomez.

We need another wing. Who? How do we acquire him?

Probably a Jared Dudley or Solomon Hill type. Someone who will produce but at the same time is fine getting paid to be the 4th wing.

    True Predictions of WORST

Which is why I've said any swap involving Hayward should start with #3 AND the right to swap with Brooklyn next season.

    True Predictions of WORST

You don't deal with the Nets for their 2017 pick because Boston has option of swapping. You deal with the Celtics.

    Move On From Hayward?

Any Hayward/Boston talk should begin with #3/Next year's right to swap w/ Nets/ Crowder/ Olynyk/#16 and go down from there.

    Jazz Trade Value List

Favors may well be the best trade chip combining proven production and a great contract with at least two years control. He doesn't get you the #1 pick by himself, but he sure as hell is a great conversation starter.

    Jazz Trade Value List

I'm in no way shape or form a Hayward hater. I believe I stated he was the best player on the team. 1) I think the expiring deal makes him slightly less valuable chip and 2)The Jazz have some pretty valuable pieces. I am not promoting a trade of any of our players, it was a simple ranking of...

    Move On From Hayward?

For me I'd think about Hayward to Boston for #3, Jae Crowder (incredible contract and plugs right in to GH's spot), Kelly Olynyk, (Jerebko as cap filler) and a future first or #16. Plenty of cash to pay Gobert, Exum, and Hood going forward and add another significant piece. Plus you likely add...

    Jazz Trade Value List

I think that any of the 30 teams in the league would pay a handsome price for Exum because of affordability, long term control, and upside. Gordon Hayward would require a king's ransom, but his market is limited to Boston/LA type that has good assets to give while at the same time not worrying...

Eric Pincus is a cap guru so to speak had this to say about a Derrick Favors extension: https://www.basketballinsiders.com/utah-jazz-should-restructure-derrick-favors-contract/

    Jazz Trade Value List

I made a Jazz Trade Value list similar to what Bill Simmons does for the whole NBA. I thought it was an interesting exercise - here is mine: 15) Ingles/Pleiss - trade filler 14) Trey Burke - expiring rookie deal, but teams know he's on end of bench. 13) Shelvin Mack - expiring contract...

    Following 2016 potential draftees

He has the wingspan Dennis Lindsey seems to love (Over 7 ft on a 6'6" guard) They seem to think they can mold those guys. There is also this: https://twitter.com/Tjonessltrib/status/731236589632786432 They also spoke with Bentil and Diallo at the combine.

    Following 2016 potential draftees

There seems to be some smoke to the Malachi Richardson fire - Tony Jones reported that the Jazz interviewed him at combine, now Chad Ford has the Jazz taking a hard look at him at 12.

The Utah Jazz will extend G/F Joe Ingles a qualifying offer...

Not yet July 1st and it would appear like the Jazz are finished with the roster. Only possible thing could be a move with Trey. Honestly I'm OK with it, we've got young guys two deep at every position and we're winning.

If the Jazz make a draft day trade......Predict the trade.

Jazz trade 12, 42, and 54 to Boston for 16, 28, and 33. Take Looney, Anthony Brown, and Jonathan Holmes. Wild guess.
