Warning, random rant alert!
My buddy I went through boot camp with and was roommates with right after boot camp, during "A" school was on that ship at that time. They had left for a standard 6 month deployment and were wrapping it up. They had already left the Gulf and were getting close to Hawaii when their ship got turned around and they did another 5 months (10 months total). It was my ship that relieved them from the gulf the second time (after three intense days of hauling all the ordinance off their ship and putting it on ours).
The sailors on that ship had accomplished their mission. **** Bush, it ain't about him.
