A disadvantage to renting.

Had a childhood friend who thought inside a KFC bucket was the ultimate place to bump uglies. Maybe she finally got her wish.

Was she really, really small, or just thinking of the big bucket that used to be on State and 39th?

On a similar note, some idiot around here put a huge Gong in his front yard. It looks so ridiculous. It's like 15 feet high. Glows at night. I'd rather look at that KFC bucket.
 
Wait wait wait...there are disadvantages to renting? Why was I not informed?
 
What about the disadvantages of having renters? Whoever told me it would be a good idea to rent out my basement apartment can eat a giant bag of cyclops helmets.

So how huge of a pain in the *** is it to have renters?
 
Are any of them on welfare? We all know how prevelent that is in the south. I'd be pissed if my tax dollars are going for a giant KFC sign.
