Is this the best rotation for the team? At mid season it looks like millsap is the most disposable of the 4 bigs we have. Al-kanter-favors seems like the big 3 to go with

Kind of agree, but Al will cost too much money to keep when it comes time to extend Kanter and Favors. We will have to look for a cheaper 3rd big. Will Sap be cheap enough? I'm not sure.

Sap is going to demand similar money as Jefferson... Jefferson has been much more reliable and consistent. Sap is the odd man out. I'd rather sign Jefferson...

Here is the thing. It seems to me if the Jazz trade either Millsap or Al they are going to attempt to keep the other one around for a few years. I think Al is a better player and if these 2 guys make similar money (I think they will) then you need to keep Al. Al will be easier to trade later if they both make the same money. Millsap is only more attractive to other teams now because he makes far less money that Jefferson. If Millsap will accept a contract at far less money than Jefferson again then you think about keeping him instead. But I just don't believe that he will.
