I just lost 1 hour of my life collecting some data and organizing it and here's what it shows.

The data is between 1948 and 2012(the last drafted all-star was drafted in 2012):

Or maybe 7 is where the untapped opportunity lies. Despite the graph, I'd rather pick 7 than anywhere after that.

Only 1 player and he has already been an All-Star. That will help the numbers of appearances, but #7 still lacks the least individual all-stars by a large margin in the top 12.
