I agree. That Minnesota rumor makes a lot of sense. It would save the Jazz money, free playing time for Hayward, and allow Raja to be bought out and go to a team that has a chance. The downside is that it would likely take the Jazz easing, if not removing, the protection on the draft pick owed Minnesota. I can see it going from top 16 protected to top 5 protected.

It seems just like yesterday all the Jazz apologist were saying how losing Matthews was such a big deal because KOC was able to steal Raja from going to the Lakers. I always love it when the Jazz front office go after former Jazz players years after they were on the Jazz and still think the said player is the same player. Unfortunately, I think the Jazz are stuck with Bell unless LA still wants him.
