Boston Announcers - Hayward

I watch the Jazz on NBA League Pass.

I have actually watched all games this year.

For some reason over 95% of the broadcasts show the Jazz version and announcers.

Last nite was interesting as they showed Boston's announcers.

Didn't catch their names but they were like 2 guys in a bar just watching the game, told it how it was, both ways. Actually I enjoyed it.

Gordon Hayward - They really liked him. Said he can really play ball.
They commented twice (respectfully), "he looks like he is 12, but once you get over that he can play" then moments later you heard
"kid hasn't been to a beach in a while"

Just funny, thought I would share.

General Jazz tidbits they spoke to
- They liked AK's athleticism.
- They thought we were very undisciplined with our hand slap fouls. Commented that they do not know how it is played in the West, but not in the East.
- They thought Sloan(crafty one) was trying to lull them to sleep with the subs in the third and then once the game got remotely close, starters back in. Warning their own team...

Clearly you have never heard those dudes announce a game before. One of them, Tommy Heinsohn, is the biggest ****ing homer in the history of announcers. There was a reason he was being respectful and giving limited compliments: THE JAZZ WERE IN NO POSITION TO WIN ALL NIGHT LONG. If the game was close, that ****er would be the exact OPPOSITE. Crying about every call that went the Jazz' way, giving absolutely zero compliments, and not being respectful or objective at all. Google that annoying ******* for some of his past game calls. You'll get a taste of how he really is when his team isn't blowing their opponent out of the water.

Inn states the truth.

Reputation given. Heinsohn is a ****ing hack of epic proportions.

Come on man, don't beat around the bush, do you like this guy or not?

yeah, i lived in Boston for six years. Heinsohn is about the worst homer in the world, but he has been a Celtics man pretty much his whole adult life. If the game were close i probably would have had to mute it, because Heinsohn would have gone crazy over every call. He did rip on Bell, but cant really argue with that to much.

Saw the broadcast as well and you could tell he is a huge homer. there were times he was showing this throughout the blow out.
