As we go cheaper next year (guessing we cut costs a bit) guys like Brantley will get some run out of necessity. I think he’s ready for some limited time.

im guessing the only spending we do this offseason is to keep JC at a reasonable amount and everything else is minimums... maybe we dump Ed on someone to shave costs a little more. I’m sure the Millers are okay but movie theaters, basketball teams, and car dealers may take a bath the next 12-24 months. Mega billionaire owners may find their money gives them a bigger competitive advantage next year or two as smaller owners are likely forced to be more responsible.

If the salary cap goes down quite a bit as is projected, I don't think the Jazz have any choice but to go this route.

There are going to be a few good players in the late 2nd and undrafted this year too -- Jay Scrubb, Karim Mane (if he stays in), Jared Butler maybe, Paul Eboua, Nemis Queta.

He’s just not very explosive. He’s skilled but slow as hell.
