My theory:

Jesse finds out all the **** that Walter has been doing. Walter spends the season in hiding and running from his brother in law and trying to make everything right. Walter dies saving Jesse.

Nope. But like I said before I explained my theory, I wouldn't be surprised if other people had noticed the same things. A friend of mine is the one who first started picking up on it, I just helped sort out all the details.

EDIT: Just looked at the date of that article, and we were talking about this before it was written. I'm sure lots of people were.
