What's new

Burke averaging a turnover every 20 minutes.

That will win a LOT of games. Chris Paul's career average is 1 turnover about every 14 minutes. Stockton's was every 11 minutes. If I recall correctly, the last time he was turned over in the Phoenix game, he went back and took the ball back from Bledsoe. Took that stuff personally. Is there any reason not to believe that with more experience and better teammates that his turnover ratio won't improve? Just amazing. Glad we have him for the long term.

thanks for pointing that out. I will be interested to see how he does with not turning the ball over for the rest of the season.

He is looking great. Let's see how it goes after the league starts to adjust to him. I think he will do fine but its early.

All the people calling bust in summer league tsk tsk

I've been really really impressed by Burke's handles. His handling going into his midrange is CP3-esque, although he doesn't have the craftiness that CP3 uses to get into lane so he's more limited in that respect. Almost always under control, smart passes. Especially impressive given the dearth of talent on the team - would expect turnovers from passes just going through a bunch of players' hands.
