Can KOC request no national tv games?

It doesn't matter if it's TNT, ESPN, NBAtv or the Food Network. If its a national televised game the Jazz will lose. Its like a whole new team shows up to suck. So I beg you KOC don't focus on trades and scouting. Just get the Jazz no more national televised games. It's the best thing you can do for the success of the team.
