Can/Will The Ty Corbin ExPeriment finally END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COUNTDOWN

Countdown, did someone say countdown? I love countdowns.

Trouble is a countdown needs an end date, so that we can say 293 days until....

Do I remember from the lockout season that coaches contracts end the last day of the season? Or do they end June 30th like the players, or October for training camp?

If it ends the last day of the season then there are 32 days remaining, or 16 games.

When Jerry Sloan had only 32 days left as a jazz coach he had an off day following a road trip, the jazz practiced that morning where Dwill muttered under his breath "we need to watch more film" 32 times. Later that day jerry drve 32 miles south towards his home before stopping to down 32 ounces of adult beverage at the lazy dog saloon.

Hes not going anywhere.

Its crazy how delusional people around here are.

The Jazz management doesn't think anything like this board.

I guarantee he is here for at least 5 more years.

The Jazz look at Corbin as a work in progress and will give him time to develop. I believe they believe he will turn into a great coach. A lot of it has to do with him being part of the Jerry Sloan coaching tree.

Corbin isn't going anywhere. Listen to Rigby or anyone on the radio and it's blatantly obvious that he'll be around.

I think

Ty --> Gone.

Hayward --> Gone

High Draft pick with new coach.

Burks --> extension

Ty and DL aren't even talking about an extension. You would think that if DL had any worries about keeping Ty, he would be at least talking to him about an extension to his contract. If we keep Ty, we will have the same result as this year.

If this is the case then why hasn't he been offered an extension?

Rigby isn't the one making that decision though. He should not really have any input. The coach is and should be the decision of the GM. And Lindsey has no obligation to TY. He's not a Lindsey's hire, he's not Lindsey's responsibility. That changes if he re-signs him. He then becomes Lindsey's guy and responsibility.

If Rigby is part of the decision making team, then we have problems. He always strikes me as a chucklehead.
