At what point in Melo's career in the NBA has he shown you that he is a champion? He is the antithesis of what the Jazz are building. 1 for me and all for me! Shoot first, pass later, locker room poisoning player. NO THANKS! Sign him and you ruin 5 years of building to clear this out of the locker room. Remember how we just traded Kanter because he is a negative asset. Melo is a similar negative asset as an all star.

I realize this is old and Im still going to act like it is new, because Im bored and I can. 
That would be like putting in all the sacrifice the team and fans have (crap team, young guys learning, coach learning) and then right when you are about to see if it all pays off, just say....eh, **** it, lets just try this instead. HELL NO..
Subtraction by addition.
Of course the guy is an awesome scorer, no doubt.
But I look at which option, (stay the course or go big for him) and which one I see giving us success NOW and in the future. No brainer, keep the course.
