Not sure if this was already posted. Interesting read, if dated by a few months. Anyone wish Sloan would come back?

Miles was the subject of one of the most memorable postgame interviews in Utah history during the 2006-07 season. Sloan didn't mince any words when he said, "I don't care if he's 19 or 30. If he's going to be on the floor in the NBA, he's got to be able to step up and get after it. We can't put diapers on him one night and a jockstrap the next night. It's just the way it is."
Sloan certainly didn't coddle the youngster.
"He was hard on me," Miles said. "It was for a reason. I'm glad he didn't stop talking to me. If he had stopped talking to me, I might not be here.
"(He taught me) to come in every day and work. There are going to be days you don't feel good. There's going to be some pain, but come in and deal with it. To this day, I hate not being at practice. It really disappoints me. I feel I can help my team in some kind of way."
Some players just couldn't handle Sloan's overaggressive behavior.
It was his way or the highway.
