Ok ok, after I hyped up MSU for last week in the loss against Auburn I have learned my lesson. We will probably get dominated by LSU, but here's to hopes of an upset. Game is on tonight on ESPN @ 7pm central time. I think State has a chance if we can somehow win the TO battle. Hopefully get some early offense that will force Jarret Lee to do things he isn't comfortable doing.

Mississippi State (25) wins this game outright vs LSU (3) because Les Miles is a dirtbag - book it!

Other games I'm keeping my eye on

Utah vs. BYU - No Explaination needed

Western Michigan vs. Michigan - See if Michigan builds upon the Miracle under the lights against a crap team

Boise State (4) vs. Toledo - Upset alert!

Auburn (21) vs. Clemson - Upset alert #2!

Michigan State (15) vs. Notre Dame - Upset alert #3!

Arizona State (22) vs. Illinois - Upset alert #4!

Ohio State (17) vs. Miami - Battle of who is the most corrupt! Upset alert #5!

Oklahoma (1) vs. Florida State (5) - See if Florida State is for real!

Stanford (6) vs. Arizona - Upset alert #6!

Lots of games that could see big changes in the polls with upsets. Lots of RANKED teams on the road as well against good teams! Should be a fun week of college football!

Damn, I forgot about Oklahmo vs FSU. I think FSU could legitimately beat them, especially at home. I think Salmon Hobo is an FSU fan?

Honestly, there's not another game this week that I'm excited to watch other than the Utah/BYU game. I might check out some of the OU/FSU game but I think this Saturday will be a family day, until 7 pm.

Impressed with how State has played. If they can continue the D in the 2nd half, and possibly reach the endzone, a win is possible.

Like I've said before, that LSU defense is scary. That game in Alabama could be epic... Biggest game we've seen in years (unlike that overhyped slaughter by TCU last year). This one will probably be legit.

LSU looks so tough to me. Can anyone score on that defense? Maybe Green Bay or New England?

LSU is so talented but they make a lot of mistakes. I haven't seen Alabama this year but I assume they have the size and athletes so LSU won't blow them away on talent alone.

Also IMO LSU gets away with a lot of Pass Interference calls with SEC officials. It might be a different ball game with a different set of officials.

Yes sir. Psyched for tonight. I think we have a legit shot. When we played in Norman last year, it was early in the season after having installed a new defensive scheme. Now, we should be much more comfortable with it, are playing at home, should want revenge after getting our *** kicked last year, and have Manuel (could become just the second player ever to win four bowl games) at the helm instead of Ponder who always sucked when it mattered. I am guessing 38-31, Oklahoma though. I think we're still a year away.

I love how every week the games I want to watch are all at the same time. FSU/Oklahoma, BYU/Utah(going to that one), and SC/Syracuse are all post 6:00 games. Whoever is scheduling this madness needs to call me and make sure my desires are met. I'm not the DVR type suckas.

Watched the Pitt-Iowa game, Pitt had a big lead than the momentum shifted and Iowa came back and won. The Pitt QB threw a INT to end the game.

Who's that 12 year old boy that plays quarterback for Florida State? I just saw some highlights and he makes Freshman Jordan Wynn look like a body builder.

Trickett. O-line coach's son. He really did look so fragile. I think he's 6'2" (he looked about 5'11" to me but maybe that's just because he's built like Ichabod Crane), 180. I like Manuel but damn, Trickett had some moxie.
