Countdown to Jazz Management BiFFing the off season

There isn't much time left before the current Jazz management group screws us all over for the next ten years. My advice to you is to not have blind faith in these clowns. You need to get on the phone and let them know that you aren't happy with the product.

Here's why...

What happens this offseason will have cascading domino effect on the whole franchise for years to come.

Example: Jazz re-sign big Al.. Jazz then assure themselves the loss of either Favors or Kanter, or both. One of them will be gone is guaranteed. Its not maybe. Its not 50%, its not 60%, its not 70% , its 100% guaranteed we will lose one of them. Its simple mathematics, and psychology. Kanter and Favors are both good enough to start in this league and will demand 10+ mil a year. Neither will be happy with coming off the bench and/or watching the ball go through Al every play. Even if they can't figure it out themselves, then their agent will be telling them what they should do, and it won't be telling them to stay in Utah. On top of that, we can't afford to pay three big men 10+ mil a year, not in a small market, and especially not with the new CBA. So the same essentially goes for Millsap. We can't sign him for those very same reasons. We also could lose Burks or Hayward too, because of not having enough money to sign all them. If that happens then we could be screwed for years to come, and will wallow in mediocrity for many years. The trend of "Utah is not FA destintaion" continues. We continue to get bad draft picks. We continue to not advance in the playoffs. Its a no win situation.

You know deep down that the Jazz are debating signing Al and Millsap right now, when they shouldn't even be thinking about it. One might say they could sign one of them and then trade them later. That too is stupid. Its too much of a risk. You might not be able move them if they start to play really bad or get hurt. The time to trade them was two years ago anyways. That ship has sailed.

So unless you really like Al ball, then I plead with you to let them know now before its too late. We don't have much time left before our fate is sealed. This is for real now. This summer is a fork in the road. There will be no turning back. Dont let the Jazz FO misconceptions about themselves screw us all over. I get the feeling that they think they are doing a great job, when nothing could be further from the truth. The excitement level for this team is in the dumps and the frustration level is through the roof. The last two years were a waste in terms of assets and development. They biffed the last two years. Who's to say they don't biff the next ten?

This offseason could be a great one for the Jazz, or a terrible one. We'll either go down the path of potential and hope, or we will take the safest path to going nowhere fast. Do you really have faith that the Jazz will handle this the right way after witnessing the last 2 years unfold? I sure in the hell don't. I think most people here get that we should go with youth but have too much faith that we will do it. Don't trust this management group. We could be on the verge of witnessing one of the biggest fails in the history of professional basketball.

A simple phone call is all it takes

. Its one phone call. Ask to speak to whoever you want.

It's a number you can call to end threads like this.

Exactly.

I don't like wasting my time writing something that long on my phone. Its a pain in the ***.

If you guys don't call that number then I will be forced to make threads like these for the next ten years. You don't want that, and I don't want that either.

Ahhh, the undying optimism of the greatest fans in the NBA.

Go Jazz.

BTW, I don't think the Jazz is bringing Mislap or Al back. I think there is a better chance that former Jazzmen Humphries and/or Boozer are on the team next year than Milsup or Al.
