I don't get what you are saying here. The Knicks and Lakers suck because they spent too much on bad FA. The Pacers, Heat, Spurs, Memphis, Chicago, OKC, LAC and GS are all good because of the draft.

Unless your name is LA Lakers, or you sign LeBron James, you cannot build a team through FA. No one has. It has to be the draft or trades (Boston, LA, Miami).
