Deron Williams is getting that 'look'

With Boozer outa here, Deron is the unquestioned leader of the Jazz. He's got a very Jordan-esque swagger about him on the court now that I hadn't seen before, and after our first two games (I still think those were pre-season games), he's backing it up with his play; love it!!

EXACTLY! Again-not comparing Deron to MJ, but the the way Deron ended the Charlotte game was pure Jordanesqe. Down 3, he found Al with a beautiful bounce pass on the pick-and-roll for an open 8-footer. Then he d'up on Augustin and slapped the ball out of his hands and off D.J.'s leg for the TO.

Then the final shot was like MJ to a tee. If you watch the replay, Sloan, Corbin and Layden were motioning for Deron to go earlier but Deron kept dribbling the ball and ran the clock down under 10 seconds as if the Jazz were tied and not down 1. Normally - since you're trailing - you want to go as fast as possible to maximize possessions in case you don't score - but Deron's attitude was No, I got this. Not only am I scoring but you're not getting the ball back with enough time to do anything.

The past 3 games Deron's been a basketball assassin, and I loved the emotion he showed at the end.

I haven't seen the 'look' that Deron had after the game in the locker room interview before. Dude was genuinely giddy, in his reserved sort of way.
