What's new

ESPN: Bucks and T'Wolves have talked Bogut + 10th pick for 2nd pick

I love Bogut but he is always hurt. IMO he is the second best center when healthy. Excellent passer, can finish with either hand, has a nasty(In a good way) attitude, plays really good defense and rebounds well too. I also like Jefferson but if Bogut is healthy, I might make that deal. Would probably want more for Jefferson and 3rd pick though

David Kahn leaks everything. How did the Jazz ever keep the Al Jefferson acquisition quiet so long?

Bogut I love you, but no thanks unless you're the 14th man and only get paid 8k for each game you actually play in. And you better cover your own medical insurance dude cause you'd balloon the whole group rate up.

Bogut makes Boozer and AK look like ironmen.

Why would we want Curtis Borchart 2.0? We need players that actually can play. Not players that cheerlead with suits on behind our bench for most of the season.

Not that it's a good thing, but Bogut has had some injuries that appeared a lot more significant/serious than Boozer. I haven't followed it closely, but I don't think anybody's suggesting he milks injuries the way Boozer did.

I agree with people that Bogut is too much of an injury risk to do a deal like this, but still .... the dude when healthy is an awesome player. Good defender/shot blocker, one of the best passing big men in the league, and a decent scorer. He's 7 ft. That's pretty good. Don't try and say he's not a good player. The dude who said he should be a 14th man getting paid the minimum is a joke.

Big al, Bell and 12th pick for Bogut and Delfino. Take Kanter at 3. Would you do that trade? Bogut's injuries concern me but if he is healthy, he is a beast.

Is Bogut that injury prone? I know he was injured for a long time because of that terrible fall, but that can happen to anyone. Is he historically injury prone?

I think he has bad back problems and knee injuries. Those two things are the death of big men.
