What's new

Exciting news!

Raja wasn't good in his last year. But wasn't that sort of expected? He was well past his prime.

He also had run ins with Corbin. Judging by the threads I've read for over a year, most on this board would have had run ins with Corbin had they been on the roster too.

I just don't understand the hate for Raja Bell. Yeah, he was a disappointment.. But so was Mo, Big Al, Marvin, Earl, and most of all, Ty Corbin.

My hate for him was how pathetic he played. It wasn't just missing shots or having lost a step, he played like an idiot and he's not an idiot.

Why don't GSW sign him? I believe he would be invaluable member of their starting 5.

(Hushhh... don't say a word, maybe they might buy it!)

Raja sucked. He knew he sucked, we knew he sucked, the whole world knew he sucked. Yet he had this strange sense of entitlement that he should be a starter and play starter minutes. It was his unwillingness to accept the role that his diminished talents dictated for him and the ensuing drama that created.

This.

Contrary to my post above, i actually agree with you, i have never had a problem with him, and i never actually heard the details of why he was so evil.

It is fun to cast him as the joke/villain of Jazzfanz though

I met him once, and he was a dick. Does that count?
