The year they got A.J. Green and Dalton everyone raved about their draft. The next year they made the playoffs.
 
I think its fair. Lillard was the #6 pick and is 2 years older than Kanter, who had an average at best rookie year.

At least the Bengals make the playoffs bro. Twice in fact in the last three years. Meanwhile the Browns are just hoping they won't be the worst team in the league.
