1. can anyone create gamethreads or how does that work here

2. how can i check my reps, who repped me, who negged me, and how do i do it

3. who are the forums mods/admins/owner

1 - I think anyone can make the game thread, though some posters feel superstitious about them. Just be prepared for possible ridicule for no reason whatsoever and/or if the Jazz lose the game.

2 - to leave REP, click the little STAR in the box under the poster's name - click that to give rep; there's a box where you can include a comment if you choose. To see the rep you've been given, go to the upper right corner of the Jazzfanz window and click "Settings" - that will bring up a screen showing what rep you've been given.

3 - Mods/admins should be listed on the main page of each forum and on the homepage, at the bottom under the list of forums. Colton and Jason are the admins and Jason is the owner.
