GMs Vote Hood Biggest Draft Steal

17.9% of GMs voted him the biggest steal of the draft. That was the player with the highest %. McDermott came in 2nd with 14.3

Not sure how you can vote for someone taken 11th as a steal. Do they think McBuckets has top-5 value? It was a good trade for Chicago, though. McDermott is a great fit for them as they don't need him to start or be a star. He can just do what he does best.

I'm sure if the GM's were to go back and vote on last year's draft, Gobert would be viewed as the biggest steal based on his play in the SL and for his national team. Kudos to Lindsey and the scouts. And I may yet be proven wrong about Burke. Perhaps the trade up did net Utah the best player in that draft group.
